 he Scrolls of Lylanth are
fables describing the many different powers and facets of the Demon Goddess known as
Lylanth, the Torturous Serpent. A series of 23 scrolls, each scroll tells a story of
Lylanth's horrible powers throughout history. The age of each scroll varies from the
most ancient of Sumerian civilizations to as recent as the early 1900’s. For
many of the scrolls, it is unclear how the stories were collected or who
transferred them
to parchment. The scrolls were eventually collected and transcribed into English
by a
group known only as the "Children of Gaeonda."
